2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Franny. By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Nature of Service

Franny provides educational resources, AI-powered support, and community features.

Franny is not:

  • A medical provider
  • A healthcare service
  • A legal advisor
  • A financial advisor

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Fertility or family-building outcomes
  • Grant approval or funding availability
  • Results from providers or services

All decisions should be made independently and, where appropriate, with qualified professionals.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

All payments are final. No refunds.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of your billing period.

7. Franny AI

Franny includes AI-generated responses.

By using Franny AI, you understand:

  • Responses are generated by artificial intelligence
  • Content may not always be accurate or complete
  • It should not replace professional guidance

8. Community

Franny includes a community forum.

By participating, you agree:

  • Not to share harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Not to violate others’ privacy
  • Not to post illegal or inappropriate material

Content Usage Restriction

Community content:
  • May be used for personal purposes only
  • May NOT be copied, redistributed, or shared on external platforms

Franny reserves the right to:
  • Remove content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by Coker Collective, LLC.

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We use services including Stripe, OpenAI, Google APIs, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
